Vipermetal is a Finnish brand developing and manufacturing high-quality screening and crushing buckets for material handling. Built on over 20 years of experience, the product range serves customers in earthworks, construction and demolition, agriculture, mining and process industries, and recycling – through a network of more than 25 dealers in over twenty countries.
Multimek has manufactured Vipermetal products for years in close collaboration with Ajutech Oy. This long-standing partnership created a natural foundation for Multimek to acquire the Vipermetal brand in 2025. The acquisition strengthens Multimek’s position as a manufacturer of high-quality mechanical engineering products and enables even stronger support for the Vipermetal dealer network. Arto Ulvo, the original developer of the brand, continues in product development and sales.
